Steam-boiled Egg with Fresh Milk

Ingredients

  1. Mix the minced pork with chopped carrot, and put the mixture in a cup, add chopped shrimp, put the mixture aside.
  2. Mix egg, milk, water and sou sauce together, whip the mixture until the ingredients are mixed well together, pour the mixture into the cup through a stainless colander.
  3. Warm the steam-boiling pot until the water is boiled, put the mixture cup in the pot, turn down the heat.
  4. Boil the mixture fort 15 – 20 minutes and enjoy the steam-boiled egg with fine texture.

Hamburger and Sauce for Kids

Ingredients for Hamburger

Cooking Method

  1. Grind coriander roots and garlic together, and put the mixture aside.
  2. Mix minced pork, vegetables, seasoning ingredients, egg and the ground ingredients together, leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 – 30 minutes. Make the mixture into a lump weighing around 50 grams. The amount of the ingredient can make five lumps.
  3. Warm a frying pan, pour oil into the pan, use low heat to fry the lumps of hamburgers until their color begins to change. Add 2 – 3 tablespoons of water (in order to make the hamburgers become thoroughly cook and tendered). Wait until the water is vaporized.
  4. Put the hamburgers on the plates, top the hamburgers with sauces and serve them.

  1. Mix the ingredients in Items 1 – 5 in a pot, heat and stir the mixture until it boils.
  2. When the mixture boils, add whipping cream, turn the oven off, store until everything is blended together and top the sauce on the hamburgers.

Congee with Carrot, Chicken Breast and Spinach

Cooking Method

  1. Grind coriander roots and garlics and mix the mixture with other marination ingredients for marinating the minced chicken and leave the marinated chicken for 30 minutes.
  2. Make small marinated minced chicken balls, boil the balls until they are cooked. Leave them aside.
  3. Blend cook Jasmine rice with water until the mixture has fine texture. Transfer the rice to a heated pot, heat the rice, add ground carrot and carrot cubes, season the mixture and add chicken balls.
  4. When the congee starts to boil, check the thickness, turn the oven off and serve the congee.

Egg Tofu in Dressing Sauce

(For eating with rice)

Chicken Marination

Cooking Method

  1. Chop egg tofu into smaller pieces and deep fry it until its colour turn gold, leave it aside.
  2. Pour rice bran oil into a heated frying pan, followed by chopped garlic, pork and shrimp. Stir-fry until the meat is cooked. Add Shiitake mushroom, carrot, baby corns and pea. Stir-fry until everything is cooked.
  3. Season the mixture and add water. When the mixture boils, add corn starch that has been dissolved in water, check the thickness.
  4. Top the cooked sauce on the fried tofu.
  5. Garnished with pepper, chopped coriander and leak.
