Stir-fried Shrimp and Assorted Vegetables

Ingredients

  1. Scald broccoli, carrot, baby corns, greens pea and cauliflowers in boiling water until they are cooked. Leave them aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan. Add oil and chopped garlics. Stir-fry until the garlics turn gold. Add shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp is cooked. Add shiitake mushrooms.
  3. Afterward, add seasoning ingredients, increase the heat, stir-fry and mix everything together. Serve the food.

Sea Bass Steam-boiled in Soy Sauce

(To be eaten with rice)

  1. Sprinkle ground pepper on the sea bass meat and mix it all over the sea bass meat. Place the sea bass meat in the plate that is going to be put in the steam-boil pot.
  2. Mix all seasoning ingredients and dried mushroom together, and top over the sea bass meat.
  3. Place slice young ginger, celery, leak and chili on the plate and put the plate in the steam-boil pot.
  4. Steam-boil until the water boils, check the time for 15 minutes.
  5. Bring the plate out and serve.

Brown Rice Noodle and Bamboo Mushroom

  1. Heat a frying pan. Add chopped garlics and stir-fry until garlics turn gold. Add chicken’s meat.
  2. Stir-fry until the chicken’s meat is cooked. Add dried Shiitake mushroom, bamboo mushroom and tofu. Mix everything together.
  3. Add egg. Scramble the egg until it begins to be cooked. Add sliced cabbage and grated carrot.
  4. Add the soaked brown rice noodle and stir-fry until the noodle begins to be soft. Add all the seasoning ingredients.
  5. Increase the heat and add leak, celery and pepper. Mix everything together. Serve the food.

Cooking Method

  1. Heat a frying pan, add oil and herbs. Stir-fry until the herbs are cooked and aromatic.
  2. Add straw mushrooms and mackerel meat. Crush the mackerel meat.
  3. Add rice and seasoning ingredients. Mix everything together.
  4. Increase the heat, add sliced coriander, culantro and kaffir lime leaves.
  5. Serve the food with a piece of lime.
